Shipping policy
Epitome Cheveux will ship all products when they become available. Depending on the demand majority of our products will ship within 3-7 business days if ordered by 12:00PM CST. If the order is received after 12:01 pm CST, it will be processed within 1-5 business day. If your order is received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, the order will be processed the following business day. If a product is out of stock, Epitome Cheveux will contact the customer within 24 hours, notifying of the delay. All international shipments will be contacted through email so customers can purchase shipping for items. Shipping usually takes 7-14 business days for USA custom orders. International orders will ship in 10-14 business days.
